1、Chosing the right specification and model of rubber hose for your actual use according to different terms,for instance the medium,the temperature and density of medium,the working pressure and working situation etc.

2、Pls refer to the catalogue when you order ordinary hoses.

3、For the hoses whose species and specifications are not included in catalogue and hoses that have special requests in its capability ,we can provide a trial making then in production under mutual negotiation.

4、According to pressure VS layer column in the products specifications form,the pressure takes the priority and the layer is just a reference.with the development of technology and use of new material,the layer may be changed with the assurance of working pressure as precondition.

5、Lengths listed in the catalogue are all production ones.supply lengths can be discussed by both parties and the short sized hoses can be provided by the proportion of 15-30%.

◆ ATTENTIONS IN USING HOSES
Due to complicated species,various structure and different usage terms of hoses,how long the hoses can be used are dependent not only on their quality but also on the correct use and maintain.thereby,even if the products have high quality,if you do not use and maintain it correctly,the products will not be used longer and will cause serious accident so as to make great loss to property.now,we'd like to give you some suggestions in use.

1、Rubber hoses must be in strict use according to different species and specifications.incorrect use and substitution is prohibited.

2、Rubber hoses are not allowed to be excessively curved in order to avoid distort at some part.

3、In order to avoid inner steel wire moving,the diameter of the bending arc which is used for pulling rubber hoses can not be less 20times than that of rubber hoses'inner diameter.

4、Hoses must be strictly used in specified working pressure range.

5、When in use,hoses especially hoses with metal frame are not allowed to be stacked by heavy items and other unnecessary machinery.

6、Try to avoid direct sunlight and not to be close to heat equipment when in use.

7、Inner of hoses(especially acid-transportation hose,fog-jetting hose and ash slurry hose etc.)must be cleaned neatly when in use.

8、Chosing the suitable metal tie-in and specification,assembling reasonably,especially high pressure rubber hoses,so as not to damage themse-ives.

9、When using high pressure rubber hoses,the radius of the curve should not be less than that listed in the specified range.the excessive curve of hoses will affect anti-squdeeze effect,so as to cause tiredness ahead of schedule.

10、In order to extend its period of use,regular inspection should be made according to relevant request when using anti-squeeze rubber hoses,anti-chemical medicine and organic impregnant rubber hoses.

◆ ATTENTIONS IN TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
1、During transportation,hoses must be stored in circle or adjust flatly and tidily in the truck.in order to avoid the wear and tear of hoses,they are not allowed to be stacked by other products.

2、Truck used for transportation of hoses must not be put in acid,alkali,oil and organic impregnant etc.

3、In order not to destroy the hoses with metal helix during transportation,they need to be put lightly and carefully.

4、When hoses are stored in the open air,platform and dock,they must be put tidily and flatly on flat ground,then covered by oilcloth.

5、Hoses should be stored in a place which can avoid sunlight,rain and snow,the place should be kept in cleaning condition.hoses should be avoided to meet with acid,alkali,oil and organic impregnant,they also need to be put one meter away from heat equipment.

6、Storage temperature of the storeroom should be kept between-15℃--+40℃,the relative humidity should be between 50-80%.

7、During storage,hoses should be put flatly.Height of piles of hoses placed in coil should not be more than 1.5 meters.piles of hoses placed flactly should not be more than 1 meter high.Hoses should be overturned each quarter during storage.
